The Finance Hybrid
Privacy Policy
This site, thefinancehybrid.com, is run by Rachel Wong. I take your privacy seriously and keep things simple. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and how you can reach me about it.
What I collect
The main personal information I collect is what you choose to share through the enquiry form — typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry (such as what you're interested in and a short message).
Why I collect it
I use the information you provide for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and follow up about working together. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's stored
The enquiry form is a Google Form, so your responses are stored in my Google account. The embedded form and the web fonts used on this site are served by Google, which means Google may receive some technical data (such as your IP address) when the page loads, in line with Google's Privacy Policy.
Links to other services
This site links out to third-party services including Substack (my newsletter), LinkedIn, and podcast platforms. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply — I'm not responsible for how they handle your data.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry responses for as long as needed to reply and maintain our conversation. If you'd like your information removed, just ask (see below) and I'll delete it.
Your choices
You're welcome to request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do any of these, email me at rachel@thefinancehybrid.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the bottom of this page.
